At Real People Recruitment , we are working with a well-established and highly respected print and large-format print manufacturing company that is seeking a dynamic Business development manager - print manufacturing to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in large-format print and digital media solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the large-format and digital print industry.

• Create tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed revenue targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and design, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide innovative solutions.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
