Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Flexible Hours: 9-3, 9:30-3:30, 9-4, 9-5

Position Overview:

A fast growing ABA company is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead and own our full-spectrum marketing strategy. This executive will bring deep expertise in brand development, SEO, social media, and digital advertising to a growing healthcare organization. The CMO will manage internal team members and third-party vendors to elevate visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A true marketer with end-to-end campaign experience, not just oversight.

• Data-informed, creative, and brand-savvy.

• Comfortable leading a small team and managing external agencies.

• Has previously owned marketing functions within a growing company.

• Understands the nuances of healthcare and/or ABA services (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of all marketing functions across branding, digital, and communications.

• Oversee team of 4 in-house marketers plus SEO, PPC, and creative third-party vendors.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals.

• Ensure brand voice, positioning, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

• Analyze marketing metrics to optimize ROI across digital, email, and social.

• Lead internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, timely marketing initiatives.

• Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and national brand recognition.

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in a full-spectrum marketing leadership role.

• 1+ years of experience managing people and/or vendors.

• Proven success in brand-building, content strategy, and SEO.

• Deep understanding of social media, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.

• Industry experience in healthcare or ABA is highly preferred.

• Strong writing, communication, and leadership skills.
