Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Hanover, PA 17331 - (hybrid - work 3 days a week in office/ 2 days remote)
Duration: 3+ Months contract
Payrate : $19/hr on W2.
Job Description:
The assignment can be extended up to 6-12 months total in length - based on performance and business need, for now listed through the end of 2024 calendar year
• Customer Service experience preferred - Min of 2 years - B2B
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and client interface skills

• Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Shift will be 9am til 5 PM Mon - Friday, Occasional Saturdays and Non-Primary Holidays.
