We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional campaigns, and client activations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about events, logistics, and brand engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events from planning to completion

• Manage event logistics including venue bookings, vendor coordination, and supply tracking

• Support on-site setup, breakdown, and management during events

• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with brand goals

• Maintain event documentation, reports, and inventory lists

• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and post-event evaluations

• Ensure client satisfaction by providing support during all stages of the event process

Qualifications

Qualifications

:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
