As a Janitor, you will support cleanliness and sanitation across various facility areas, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment.What We Offer: ~$18.50 per hour ~First Shift, Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM ~Health benefits ~401k ~Opportunities for advancement ~Comprehensive training and safety equipment ~Stable, long-term placement ~Team-oriented work environment What We’re Looking For: ~High school diploma or GED ~Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items ~Capability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods ~Willingness to work in environments with cleaning agents/chemicals ~Previous janitorial or custodial experience (preferred but not required) ~Strong attention to detail and self-motivation ~Ability to work independently and as part of a team ~Reliable, punctual, and professional What You’ll Do as a Janitor: ~Empty trash and recycling bins across all facility zones ~Clean and vacuum carpets, tiled floors, and entryways ~Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures ~Clean breakrooms, including tables, chairs, counters, appliances, and vending areas ~Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas like lobbies and office spaces ~Wash windows, sanitize touchpoints, clean blinds, and dust furniture ~Power wash and scrub designated warehouse areas ~Operate cleaning machinery and use PPE as required ~Report hazards and follow all safety procedures ~Perform additional seasonal and as-needed cleaning tasks (e.g., outdoor areas, carpet steaming, floor waxing)
