This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-focused environment. You will lead strategy, execution, and optimization for paid search campaigns across multiple national and multi-location brands, ensuring measurable ROI and business impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to improve campaign performance. The position emphasizes both strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management. You will also provide actionable insights to stakeholders, contribute to client success, and help drive the overall marketing objectives forward.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting strategies and budgets to achieve or exceed KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimizations for keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing proactive recommendations and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate PPC learnings into broader marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports with key takeaways and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in PPC campaign management (mid-level candidates may be considered with 1–2 years).
  • Strong track record in direct-response and performance-based marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and vlookups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Preferred:
  • Experience with display and paid social campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Local Inventory Ads.
  • Previous agency experience.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with Search Ads 360.
