Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30022

Duration: 48 Months (Contract)

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our clinical team in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported while receiving high-quality care. You will play a vital role in assisting both patients and staff by handling phone calls, scheduling, patient inquiries, financial arrangements, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and supporting patients.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and resolve patient concerns in line with office policies.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update the appointment book.
  • Follow up on cancellations and no-shows.
  • Assist patients with registration and check-in.
  • Post charges and payments accurately to patient accounts.
  • Monitor and return voicemails daily.
  • Keep the reception and waiting area clean, friendly, and welcoming.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Experience answering telephones in a professional setting.
  • High school diploma or GED.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO).
