We’re hiring a Public Relations & Communications Assistant to support our events, outreach campaigns, and marketing initiatives. ✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Manager in implementing PR and communication strategies for nonprofit campaigns

• Help design and distribute branded materials , event displays, and outreach collateral

• Track and analyze key performance metrics like foot traffic, engagement, and inventory usage

• Work directly with event venues, volunteers, and nonprofit partners to ensure successful campaigns

• Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams

• Contribute to campaign improvement through data analysis, reporting , and creative brainstorming

• Identify and recommend new outreach opportunities to expand audience impact

• Passion for nonprofits, public relations , or community-centered marketing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

• Creative problem-solver with a team-first mindset

• Comfortable engaging diverse communities in face-to-face public settings

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
