EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and six months to two years related work experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Reading is an important aspect in determining delivery directions and loading correct product. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sit for long periods of time while driving the delivery vehicle and walk when loading and unloading feed. It is necessary to reach and use hands and arms to lift product and use a two wheeler.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Delivering and unloading feed is physically challenging work.
Good vision (can be corrected with lenses) is necessary for safe driving. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception as required by a CDL.
